If you’re an end user, reading this post with your head cocked to the side, you might not find your predicament to be all that funny. Fortunately this is a very easy fix.

Here’s How To Fix A Sideways Computer Screen:

Simply press Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow on your computer’s keyboard and voila your screen rotation will be returned to normal.

To Disable Screen Rotation VIA Intel Hot Keys Simply Do The Following:

Computers that ship with Intel integrated graphics adapters should have an icon of a computer screen next to the computer’s clock. This area is actually referred to as the system tray. Right click on this icon, left click on Graphics Properties, and then click on the Hot Keys option. Remove the checkbox next to Enable Hot Keys and click Apply.

    Thank you so much for showing me how to get my screen turned back right side up. I tryed to restore it and that did not work. I was ready to throw the whole pc in the garbage. And to think that it was easy to fix. What makes me sick is I had a new Dell laptop that did that and I just give it away for I did not know how to fix it and thought it was just ruined. so this was a bitter sweet solution.
