Although a corned beef and cabbage recipe is a little off topic for a computer help and support related blog, I thought that I would share this wonderful crock pot recipe with all of you just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day. Bon appetit!
Crock Pot Corned Beef And Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 Corned Beef Brisket 3-5 lbs
- 1 Quart Apple Juice
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS Mustard
- 8-10 Red Potatoes
- 1 Large Bag Baby Carrots
- 1 Large Onion Cut Into 8ths
- 1/2 Head Cabbage
Cooking Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the cabbage into a large (7qt if you have one) crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add the cabbage during the last hour of cooking. Remove the meat, potatoes, and vegetables when done cooking. Slice the corned beef thinly across the grain and enjoy!
